Purchase & Warranty

Where can I buy NareMotion products?

In Korea, all products are sold on our Naver Smart Store. In Japan, NARE FACIAL TRACKER is sold on IntoFree. For other regions, please contact us.

How long is the warranty?

1 year from the date of purchase. If the purchase date cannot be confirmed, the warranty is based on the manufacturing date on the product.

How do I get support?

Reach us on Discord or by email at contact@naremotion.com.

NARE FACIAL TRACKER

Can I use it while wearing glasses?

Depending on your glasses, it may not fit. A lens-making guide (frame) is included so you can have prescription lenses made for the tracker.

Do I need to set it up every time?

No. Set it up again only when you change the mounting position or wearing environment, or change your IPD or field-of-view settings.

Which expressions are supported?

Most basic facial tracking features are supported, except eyebrow tracking. More expressions will be added through Babble updates.

Can I use third-party face cushions?

Some tested products worked (PICO 4 AMVR, Quest 3 AMVR (X-O), Quest 3 BOBOVR F3, and others). Official support covers the stock face cushion only.

How long does charging take, and how long does it last?

About 35% in 1 hour, and about 4 hours to fully charge. A full charge gives 4–5 hours of continuous use.

Do I need a new Wi-Fi router?

No. Any 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network works.

NARE TRACKER

Will it work with my VR setup?

It works with PC VR through SteamVR, including Meta Quest Air Link, PICO Streaming Assistant, and Virtual Desktop (as long as it does not show a “not on same network” message).

My trackers don’t show up in SteamVR.

In SteamVR, go to Settings → Startup / Shutdown → Manage Add-ons and check that SlimeVR is not blocked. If it isn’t, reinstall SlimeVR Server.

Some trackers won’t connect, or latency is high.

Set your router’s 2.4GHz channel from auto to manual and try channels 1–11 (9–11 recommended). Setting the channel width to 20MHz can also help. Restart SlimeVR Server after changing it.

The trackers can’t connect to Wi-Fi.

Turn off any feature that merges 2.4GHz and 5GHz into one network (such as ASUS Smart Connect). Your PC must be connected to the router with a LAN cable.

For step-by-step instructions, see each product’s setup guide.
